Biotools DNA Polymerase (1U/µl and 5U/µl) is supplied with the choice of 10 X Standard Reaction Buffer with 2 mM MgCl₂ or a reaction buffer without MgCl₂ (10 X Reaction Buffer MgCl₂ Free) plus a separate tube of MgCl₂ for optimising the magnesium concentration.
