Terms of Sale
  • 1. Application scope

These general conditions of sale govern the relations between Biotools B & M Labs, S.A. (hereinafter "Biotools") with its customers (hereinafter "Customer") in which the Customer buys Biotools products. The Customer expressly declares that they know the terms of this contract.

  • 2. Prices

The price of the Biotools products will be understood as net price not including VAT and other taxes that may be imposed by the country.


The order amount that the Customer will have to pay shall be as specified in the Order Confirmation. Biotools reserves the right to change the pricing on orders already accepted as a result of circumstances that may require such modification.

  • 3. Minimum orders

There is no minimum order, although depending on the destination country, there may be minimum order conditions so that transport and administrative costs, if any, are covered. See the terms and conditions when placing your order.

  • 4. Bulk orders

For large orders and in bulk format, please contact us at orders@biotools.eu.

  • 5. Terms of payment

Terms of payment for Spain: Payment of the purchase price, unless the parties agree in writing to different conditions, must be satisfied within 30 days from the date on the invoice. In case of delay in payment, Biotools will accrue default interest of 2% (two percent) for month of delay. Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account below or with bank card.   • Once you have made the transfer, you must send the receipt via e-mail to orders@biotools.eu and your order will automatically be shipped according to availability described in each product.
  • By credit card Biotools reserves the right to modify at any time the established forms of payment and can remove any of the payment methods set or add new payment methods.
  • 6. Terms of delivery

Payment for Spain: Payment of the purchase price, unless the parts agree in writing differents conditions, must be satisfied with a maturity of 30 days from the invoice date, and will receive the order in 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. In case of delay in payment, Biotools accrue default interest of 2% (two percent) per month late. Payments must be made by bank transfer or by credit card, to the next account.

Payment for all other countries: By credit card and bank transfer. Once you have made the transfer, you must send the receipt via e-mail to orders@biotools.eu and automatically your order will be shipped according to availability described in each product.

    Biotools reserves the right to modify at any time the established forms of payment and can eliminate any established payment forms or add new payment methods.
  • 7. After-sales service

For inquiries about online sales the Customer may contact Biotools after-sales service under the Contact section on Contact” www.biotools.eu

  • 8. Withdrawal

The Customer is entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the date shown on the delivery note.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Biotools B & M Labs S.A. their decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement by email sent to orders@biotools.eu or by fax sent to +34  91 505 31 18. The Customer may use the withdrawal form template in the following link  Form of withdrawal. If the Customer uses this option, they will promptly be notified acknowledging receipt. In order to comply with the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding deadline.

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the choice by the Customer of a different mode of delivery less costly than the ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of their decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly indicated otherwise; in any case, they will not incur any costs as a result of reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the Customer has supplied evidence of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first. Biotools will arrange with the Customer the collection of the goods within 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate to us their decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The Customer is responsible for the decline in value of the goods in the event of different handling to that needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The following goods shall not be returnable:

  • Goods made to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Goods that need to be kept refrigerated.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not fit to be returned in sterile conditions and that were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that, given their nature, have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.

In the case of a contract for the provision of services –where they are not put up for sale in a limited volume or set in certain quantities– if you have requested that the provision of services begins during the withdrawal period, you will have to pay a proportionate amount to cover the part of the service already provided at the time that you communicated your withdrawal, in relation to the overall purpose of the contract.

  • 9. Warranty

In case of failure of the product, the Customer will have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt to notify Biotools in writing including the following details: number of delivery note, product batch and reference, and the reason for the claim. Biotools reserves the right to ask the Customer for the results of tests conducted with the product. Within 72 hours Biotools will proceed to verify the claims of the Customer. If Biotools accepts the same, the Customer may choose between a refund or replacement of the goods provided that the amount of the order has been paid.

Biotools guarantees its products will meet the specifications described in the manual of the product for the warranty period of the product as long as the Customer meets the specifications of use.

  • 10. Documentation

Biotools will provide the Customer with the necessary documentation for the proper use of the product. This documentation will be provided on paper along with the product, or the Customer will be able to download it from the www.biotools.eu site. The documentation provided is the property of Biotools, and the Customer may not copy, reproduce or make it available to third parties.

  • 11. Force Majeure

Either party shall be excused from fulfilling the responsibility of compliance with its contractual obligations, except for payment of amounts that were due, for any cause beyond the control of the affected party provided that the affected party uses all means at their disposal to prevent or eliminate the cause of non-compliance. The causes beyond the control of the respective party will be the following: acts of God, acts caused by operation of law, compliance with requests, recommendations, rules and regulations of any governmental authority or any agent, department or agency thereof, floods, storms, earthquakes, fires, war, riots, insurrections, accidents, restrictions due to quarantine, strikes, differences with workers, delay or lack of transportation, shortage of raw materials and other circumstances of a similar nature.

  • 12. Severability

In the event that one or more of the foregoing clauses were invalidated, the rest of terms and conditions will remain in effect.

  • 13. Jurisdiction

The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit any differences that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of this document to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
