I. INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), the recipients of the service and the competent bodies are expressly, precisely, and unambiguously informed of the following aspects relating to the provider of information society services:

II. INFORMATION PURSUANT TO REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

1. PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, RGPD), we inform you that the data provided by you through the forms made available for this purpose on our website or through any other data collection channel, shall be processed in the processing activity registers, under the responsibility of BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A., with the purpose of addressing your queries and sending you information related to our services and that may be of interest to you.

By filling in the query forms on the Website or by sending e-mails or any other type of form or application for information requested and sent to BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A., the data subject expressly consents to the processing of the personal data supplied and to receive commercial communications about BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. products and services.

Likewise, users who provide personal data unequivocally consent to the automated processing of their data for the purpose of providing the service concerned, as well as for commercial and statistical purposes.

In the event that the personal data provided by the user is used for a purpose other than those stated, the user's consent shall be required.

2. PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT

The consent for the processing of your data for the purposes described in the previous section shall be understood to have been given voluntarily and explicitly, by ticking the corresponding box on our website.

The data subject may withdraw the consent granted at any time, without affecting the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

3. MANDATORY NATURE OF THE DATA REQUESTED

It is mandatory to fill in each and every one of the fields that appear on the forms provided for this purpose on our website.

Refusing to provide your data may make it impossible to maintain and comply with the relationship between the recipient of the service and our company, as these data are necessary to provide the services concerned, guaranteeing that the data required as mandatory is the minimum necessary to provide the service and to fulfil the purpose concerned.

4. PRINCIPLE OF DATA QUALITY

The recipient of the service shall be solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, acting BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. in good faith as the mere provider of the service.

5. PRINCIPLE OF THIRD PARTY DATA

In the event that the recipient of the service provides third party data without their consent, the recipient shall be personally liable to BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A., the affected parties, the data subjects, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, where appropriate, the regional data protection authorities, for the responsibilities arising from such event.

6. CHILDREN'S DATA

BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. does not collect data from persons under the age of fourteen through its website.

BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. reminds users of legal age who have minors in their care that they shall be solely responsible if a minor enters their data to request any service. The company also informs them that there are computer programs to limit navigation by filtering or blocking certain contents.

In the event that such data is received, it shall be immediately destroyed as soon as its nature is confirmed.

7. UPDATING THE DATA

In order to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, the recipient of the service undertakes to notify BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. of any changes that may occur in their data, in such a way that they respond truthfully to their current situation at all times.

8. PRINCIPLE OF DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. is bound to the duty of secrecy in its relations with customers who communicate personal data via the web or by any other means. All private communications between BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. and the CLIENTS shall be considered confidential.

BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. has adopted each and every one of the legal, technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of personal data, as well as to prevent access by unauthorised third-parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on security measures for automated activity registers containing personal data and applying the measures contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

BIOTOOLS B&M LABS, S.A. does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations, limiting its processing to the domestic territory.

10. EXERCISE OF DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS

With regard to their personal data, THE DATA SUBJECT may exercise the rights of:

• Access to the personal data held by the organisation.
• Rectification or erasure: Rectify inaccurate data or request their    erasure when the data were no longer necessary, after the informational     procedures.
• Restriction of processing: In such a way that only the necessary data     provided for by tax legislation and legal and regulatory responsibilities     are retained,  as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.
• Portability: To collect the personal data held by the organisation in order to transfer them to a different data controller.
• Object: This right may be exercised unless, for contractual reasons or        due to legal responsibilities, the preservation and processing of the data             is  essential.

The data subject may exercise any claim in relation to the processing of their personal data to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at Calle Jorge Juan nº 6, 28001, Madrid.
