BIOGENICS T25 MAIZE ID kit (48 rxns)

Biogenics T25 Maize ID kit has been designed to detect T25 Maize, in fresh and processed samples. The kit is based on the detection and identification of a genetic marker of T25 Maize (the pat gene from Streptomyces viridochromogenes). This kit also detects generic GMOs and generic maize through the amplification of the 35S promoter gene and the invertase gene, respectively.

• Maize Master Mix: Amplification reagents for the detection of the invertase gene
• T25 Maize Master Mix: Amplification reagents for the detection the patgene
• MgCl₂ Solution (50 mM)
• Biotools DNA Polymerase
• Maize Amplification Control: Amplified DNA product containing a sequence of the invertase gene
• T25 Amplification Control: Amplified DNA products containing sequences of the pat and the 35S promoter genes
