BIOGENICS RoundUp Ready® Soya ID kit (48 rxns)

Biogenics RoundUpTM Ready Soya QT kit has been designed for the detection of RoudUpTM Soya in fresh and processed food by Real Time PCR. The kit is based on the detection and quantification of a genetic marker of RoudUpTM Ready Soya (the EPSP synthase gene). This kit also amplifies a sequence common in all types of soya (the lectin gene) to express the results as the percentage of RoundUpTM Ready Soya relative to the total soya content. 

The amplification products are detected in Real Time using specific hydrolysis probes. The present kits are available for different real time thermocyclers (Corbett and Applied). 

The Biogenics RoundUpTM Ready Soya QT kit is available in different formats adapted to specific real time thermocyclers: Applied and Corbett.
